Pet Policy

Hawthorne at the Greene is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet with a $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Limit of 2 pets per home, no weight restrictions but any pet over 40 pounds must be on first floor. Breed restrictions apply.
